About us

U.H.S.V. Anteros is the LGBTQIA+ student association of Utrecht. We are very open-minded and everyone is welcome to join us. We organize drinks, parties and other fun activities.

As an Anterian you are part of a great group of LGBTQIA+ students. There are no mandatory activities, and the contribution fee is only €55,- per academic year. In return, you’ll be able to attend lots of fun activities and drinks! Besides this, you’ll get multiple discounts, like the discount on drinks in café Bodytalk. Find more information about signing up here online.

As an LGBTQIA+ association we want everyone to feel comfortable in their own skin. If you need someone to talk to you can talk to our counselors. You can contact these without being a member!

Activities

We host open drinks every Wednesday night from 9 pm at café Bodytalk (Oudegracht 64). The drinks are mostly visited by our members but people from outside the association join us almost every week. Once a month we even host a themed drink, organised by our Pub Committee. Check our Facebook page to see when our next themed drink will be.

Besides our weekly drink, Anteros organises countless activities for its members. Every week, at least one activity takes place beside the regular drinks. These activities vary greatly, and are organised by our various committees. Anteros has 17 regular committees who make the whole Anteros year a blast! Check the background to discover more about our committees.

Background

As mentioned in the activities, Anteros has several committees. Check them out here. These committees are run voluntarily by members of the association!

The entirety of the association is led by the board. The board is responsible for the day-to-day activity of the association and is the first point of contact for Anterians and external people alike. The board members each have their own role and work with great passion for the association next to their studies.
